Small town in the 1930’s... Four inseparable friends who like to be called “a gang” (el clan)… Ricardo is an ambitious shoeshine boy; Amador likes to take part in illegal bare-fist fights in ship's holds; Marcelo always wanted to be an accountant but ended up as a mortuary cosmetician and Antonio is a mechanic whose greatest weakness is other men's wives - Their lives will change forever when they accept tempting offer of a better life.
