After months of manhunt, the famous Santa Claus is arrested on a parisian rooftop. Immediately transferred to custody to the Courthouse of Paris, the old man will be charged with several offences. in front of a prosecutor, not really accommodating, he will quickly realize that he doesn't belong to this more and more legalistic world. Accused of airspace infringement, of concealment of goods none conforms to the European standards and unfair competition, Santa Claus will have to trust his Public Defender. The lawsuit of the century is about to begin...
