Eight people eager to change the course of their lives come together in a castle to take part in a personal improvement seminar. The interactions between everyone will lead them to understand what they want versus what they really need.

In a spanish castle held a course of improvement. Participants are from a broker who stuffs a pill, an aspiring filmmaker working detective, a young architect in unemployment, and the president of a supermarket chain. The teacher and guru is a nice decadent novelist and his partner a voluptuous woman with a dark past. The owners of the castle also bring them a redneck sport TV, very seductive and macho, and his wife, a demure and innocent woman determined to be a mother on the verge of forty.
