It’s believed The Whitechapel murders stopped but re-started in America. When a thief recovers the blades from the burial chamber in the old asylum, and smuggles them to America at the behest of a corrupt art dealer, history is about to repeat itself. The knives were the seal on the Ripper's tomb, and wherever they go, his spirit follows. As a new series of murders begin a new set of victims is being stalked for their skins. Someone is trying to piece together an elaborate human jigsaw. Is it the collector, or is it the Ripper?
