Tucker Ostrowski is Hoppy the Kangaroo at a little amusement park in Central Florida, trying to make enough money to go to college. Things quickly get complicated as he starts falling in love with Sam the park's Bulldog character "Bowzer". He tries to help Sam's mission to improve the lives of some feisty senior citizens, while keeping everybody out of jail when the "Kangaroo Krew" is accused of a costumed crime spree!
