Involved in a bitter divorce, Stephen moves into the luxury home he managed to buy at a rock-bottom price. But soon his peace is disturbed by Theo whom he discovers in the living room, soaked to the skin and claiming to be the legal owner. Stephen refuses to move out and, in the ensuing territorial battle, Stephen discovers the truth: Theo did indeed own the house… but he died two years ago.
