“Real Stories of a Liar” is a true story, about someone who lives his life as if it were a movie. Marcelo Nascimento da Rocha pretended to be Henrique Constantino, the son of the owner of Gol Airline Company. He spent four days fooling everyone in some ritzy event in Recife. He ate and drank for free, was fawned over by models, actresses, businessmen and television celebrities. He gave interviews and posed for photographers from society columns. He came out in articles in name-dropping magazines as the “intimate” friend of celebrities. He was described as one of the major con men of all times. He also passed himself off as being leader of the PCC, a rock star from a famous band, police officer, lieutenant, MTV reporter and spotter for the Brazilian soccer team. Marcelo plays with people’s ambition, he is whoever they want him to be. Based on the Bestseller book “Vips – Real Stories of a Liar” by Mariana Caltabiano.
