Synopsis

Argentina explores the heart of traditional Argentine music via intricately choregraphed tableaux retracing a history rich in original culture. The unique mise en scene and the rich documentary images from various regions of the
country, gracefully mixed with awe-inspiring traditionnal songs performed by the greatest singers, make it an new reference. Both poetic and fascinating, this documentary by Carlos Saura calls on the entire history of a country set to
the tune of guitars and accordions.
