TUTI TURMAN (Nicolas Vazquez), a young millionaire lives in a big city luxurious building. He has everything in life, but no hair. HECTOR (Daniel Ferreyra), the doorman of the building, must travel to his hometown, a small village where there is a waterfall whose water make hair grow. When TUTI knows about this, he offers to drive him there and as soon as they arrive he finds that indeed the water has unique properties. Tuti sees a multimillion dollar business: "the hair restoration center of the world." But to be able to develop it he will have to deal with the intriguing MAYOR NEMESIO ("El Pibe" Valderrama), a crushed armed resistance (Ruben Rada), the beliefs of the locals and their own secluded spot magic, embodied in the figure of the HOLY CHAPÍ, Patron of the Good life and Hair. Mystery, fantasy, faith, a famous singer and even a pig transmuted hairy trigger the end of this gripping and bizarre comedy.
