Ken (Corrigan) is just out of the state mental hospital, living with his mother (Black), and working at the local ice-cream shop. He is haunted by the memories of an attack he suffered at the hands of several prominent townsfolk while a teenager. When a killer starts targeting his former attackers, all fingers point to Ken. He must also contend with Amy, the ten-year old daughter who shows up to live with him amidst all of this intrigue.
